We ship within the United States and, where offered at checkout, to international destinations we support. Some products or destinations may be restricted by carrier or regulations.

International

• International: $19.99 - Free on orders $150+

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak periods, processing may take longer. You will receive tracking when available after shipment.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs (for international), incorrect addresses, and peak seasons can affect timing. Express options generally arrive faster than Standard when available for your address.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information. Address changes after shipment may not be possible.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

For damage in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you and the carrier on a replacement or refund when appropriate.

International orders

Order changes and cancellations
